How to access the Municipality of Rome portal
Enter the website of the Municipality of Rome at the address:
Click on Servizi Online (“Online Services”): you will find the list of services available online. Be careful! You will find them divided by areas. You will then have to search and choose the service you need.
Choose the service you are interested in and click on accedi al servizio (“Access the service”)
It is accessed with SPID and electronic identity card. At the first access you must enter your personal data
Click on consulta la lista dei servizi online (“consult the list of online services”)
For example, if you need to download a certificate, access the service, enter your tax code and click on the magnifying glass to choose the certificate you need. Once you have chosen the certificate, you will have to choose between the simple certificate option (therefore without payment) or stamp duty, based on the reason for which you are requesting it.
